Diffuse Proliferative Lupus Nephritis is the most severe and common
pathological type of Lupus Nephritis. Generally speaking, its prognosis is poor.
If untreated, most of the patients will develop Renal Failure in a short time.
Therefore, it is quite essential for the patients to receive treatment as soon
as possible.
In Diffuse Proliferative Lupus Nephritis, more than 50% of glomeruli are
involved which can be segmental or global with endocapillary or extracapillary
proliferative lesions. In clinic, the patients present massive proteinuria, high
blood pressure, hematuria etc.
As for the treatment of Diffuse Proliferative Lupus Nephritis, the patients
are usually recommended to use hormone to control the above symptoms. However,
once they reduce the hormone dosage, the symptoms will reoccur once again.
Therefore, hormone can only treat the symptoms, but not the underlying cause of
the disease.
Diffuse Proliferative Lupus Nephritis results from the deposition of immune
complexes in the glomerular capillary subepithelial locations. For immune
dysfunction, the immune system fails its function in protecting human body. When
lupus viruses invade into body, the activated antibodies can not defeat them. As
a result, the antigens and antibodies form immune complexes which can not
dissolve in blood. Afterwards, these immune complexes enter into kidneys and
deposit in the subepithelial location which can cause immune injury to the
epithelial cells. As a result, the function of epithelial cells is damaged so
they can not prevent the protein, red blood cells etc from leaking into
urine.
Therefore, the key to treat Diffuse Proliferative Lupus Nephritis is to clear
up the immune complexes and repair the impaired epithelial cells as well as
correct the immune dysfunction. Here immunotherapy is recommended to the
patients.
Immunotherapy is a complete and systemic therapy and can treat Diffuse
Proliferative Lupus Nephritis from its underling causes.
In immunotherapy, Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy can degrade immune
complexes in epithelial cells and dissolve them in blood. Afterwards, they will
be discharged out of body in urine. The patients can see their urine will become
cloudy and contain floc in it with naked eyes.
As more than 50% of glomeruli are impaired, Immunotherapy has repair effect.
Immunotherapys are undifferentiated primitive cells and they can differentiate
into new cells in right condition. After the Immunotherapy are infused into
body, they can differentiate into new cells to take over the necrotic epithelial
cells. Meanwhile, the Immunotherapy can release some growth factors which can
promote the self-repairing of the impaired cells. In this way, the kidneys will
be restored very well so their function will improve greatly. In clinic, the
symptoms related to Diffuse Proliferative Lupus Nephritis will disappear
afterwards.
Immunotherapy is the latest treatment of Lupus Nephritis and it is a
breakthrough in the field of Kidney Disease treatment. If you are interested in
