Not All the Patients with Renal Failure need to Receive Kidney Transplant

Question： My wife is suffering from the end stage of kidney disease, she has IgA at the age of 15, but she don’t pay more attention to her disease. Last year, she was diagnosed as Renal Failure, the local doctor suggest she receive kidney transplant, but she still has urine. What should We do? We are very upset about this things.
