* Proteins

* Calorie

* Rest and body posture
The patients should stay in bed to reduce burden to kidneys. Also they should
rise up the swollen lower limbs frequently.
* Keep water balance
They should clearly know the amount of water they drink and the amount of
urine in 24 hours. Based on the urine amount, they should adjust the amount of
water they take per day.
* Measure body weight
They should measure body weight per day. If the amount of increased body
fluid is above 0.5 kg per day, it implies that the body contains excess
fluid.
