Kidney Disease is a kind of chronic disease, develops gradually and difficult
to diagnose. So it is difficult to treat, some patient want the kidney disease
can be treated like cold or fever, only need some medicines can stay away from
the disease. However, kidney disease can’t be cured in the world, it only can be
controlled/treated well.
In the process of treating kidney disease, patients should go to the local
hospital as soon as possible. Therefore, we should know what kinds of factors
will aggravate the kidney function:
1. Hypertension: high blood pressure can cause the irreversible
glomerulosclerosis which is called renal arteriosclerosis. Patients with high
blood pressure should try their best to control blood pressure, especially for
old people.
High blood pressure has high morbidity, and kidneys will appear the function
decrease with the aging. Patients should control the blood pressure well;
meanwhile check the indexes like BUN, urea acid, SG regularly.
2. Infection: Many Renal Glomerulus Disease related with infection factors
like bacterium, virus etc. At present, the Renal Glomerulus Disease is the first
reason to cause Renal Failure, pyelonephritis, Diabetic Nephropathy are the
second reasons. The former is caused by the infection, the latter is easy to get
infection. Therefore, take precaution against the infection and control the
infection has a significant meaning for patients with kidney disease.
3. Pregnancy: When women get pregnancy, all the human body will get a certain
effect. The main effect is the retention of sodium and water, increase the
clotting substance, which press the fetus and increase the estrogen, expand the
urinary tract, then lead to kidney blood volume increase, combined with urinary
infection. Once patients with kidney disease history or high blood pressure,
they are easy to get damage in the kidney during the process of pregnancy.
