How to Use Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy

Necessary items of Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy:
Osmosis devices, penetrant, Micro-Chinese Medicine, two electrodes, one container, power source, microwave oven or steamer
Operation steps of Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy:
Step 1: soak Micro-Chinese Medicine in pentrant with a container and make it fully soaked.
At the beginning of Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, the dosage of Micro-Chinese Medicine and penetrant are relatively one bag. The later dosage of Micro-Chinese Medicine and penetrant should follow doctors' advisement.
Step 2: steam the Micro-Chinese Medicine or heat up it in microwave oven until it has been fully heated up.
Step 3: electrotherapy
The specific procedures are as follows:
1. Put a piece of thick plastic with the size of 50*70cm on the bed to prevent the contamination of Micro-Chinese Medicine's overflow.
2. Lift the intermediate of plastic and fold it, making the folded part higher than the height of medicine bag. This is insulated.
3. Put the two electrodes of osmosis device on each side of the folded part with 5cm gap. In addition, the electrode ends with electric wire should pointing outside representing the glyphs of 八.
4. Put Micro-Chinese Medicine which has been fully heated up on electrodes. In addition, make sure the plastic folded part 2cm higher than medicine bag.
5. Flatten the surface of medicine bag
6. Patients' back lie on the medicine bags. The middle of medicine bag should be under the position of bilateral kidneys.
7. Open the power source of osmosis devices and choose the model of electrotherapy. Turn on the button Clockwise to regulate the current intensity until the body feel comfortable.
8. The time for electrotherapy should be 45 to 90 minutes as long as one to two cycles of electrotherapy. Turn off the power after treatment.
Attentions:
1. Make sure the medicine bags are under the back on the position of bilateral kidneys
2. Flatten the medicine bags' surface and make them closely connect to the skin surface without any gap. Other wise, it can lead to spark and burn patients.
3. The medicine bags should neither too wet nor too dry. If the medicine bag is too dry the electric resistance will increase. But, if the medicine bag is too wet, it will lead to short circuit. All the two conditions are not good for the permeation of medicine.
4. The temperature of Micro-Chinese Medicine should be moderate without too high or low, which can either burn the skin or affect the effects.

5. For some patients with Diabetic Nephropathy, PKD, or patients with masses of hematuria or proteinuria, or children patients, they should choose low current.
