Urine protein is a common symptom in Nephrotic Syndrome. If there is protein
loss in urine, you can find the urine becomes foamy. Many patients complain that
they used a large dosage of medicines, limited protein intake and so on.
However, the urine protein does not diminish, but becomes more serious. What
treatment should the patients with Nephrotic Syndrome to choose to alleviate
urine protein?
Firstly, we should know the root cause of urine protein in
Nephrotic Syndrome.
Glomeruli in our kidneys are responsible for filtering blood. Therefore,
healthy kidneys can retain what body needs in blood, but pass out the metabolic
wastes and excessive fluid into urine by the barrier function of glomeruli.
However, in Nephrotic Syndrome, the glomeruli are impaired seriously so they can
not prevent the protein that body needs to leak into urine. The patients often
can find their urine becomes foamy for protein loss. In order to diminish urine
protein, the patients need to repair the damaged glomeruli primarily.
In cytology, the glomeruli play their barrier function by the renal
functional cells epithelial cells and endothelial cells. If glomeruli are
impaired, it means the renal functional cells are damaged. In order to restore
the glomerular barrier function, repairing the damaged glomeruli is the key.
Here Immunotherapy is recommended to the patients with Nephrotic Syndrome.
Immunotherapys are undifferentiated cells in body with multi-differentiating
and regenerating abilities. In right condition, they can regenerate new cells
with the same characteristics or differentiate into new cells with specialized
function. In treating Nephrotic Syndrome, Immunotherapy can differentiate into
new renal functional cells to replace the necrotic cells to function thus
restoring the barrier function of glomeruli. Moreover, Immunotherapy also can
release some nutrients to promote the self-repairing of the damaged cells.
Consequently, the patients will be able to improve their renal function greatly
and even recover the normal renal function so as to prevent protein leakage.
