Diabetic Nephropathy is one of serious complications of Diabetes. If
untreated, about half of the patients will end with Renal Failure. As kidneys
are damaged, the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) will decline. So, how to
elevate GFR and enhance renal function?
Health care
Proteins are essential nutrients in body and it can maintain normal immune
function. The patients with Diabetic Nephropathy may lose a mass of proteins in
urine which not only accelerates the progression of the disease, but also give
rise to a series of complications such as infections, weak immune system etc.
Therefore, it is very important for the patients to take proper proteins
consumption. However, too much protein can produce a mass of urea nitrogen which
can aggravate renal function. So the patients should keep proper amount of
high-quality protein intakes and keep the intake within 0.6~0.8 g/kg per body
weight per day.
As some patients with Diabetic Nephropathy are usually accompanied by
swelling and high blood pressure, it is essential for them to limit the salt
intake within 3 grams per day and avoid eating foods high in sodium.
If they can control their blood glucose level, it will slow down the
progression of Diabetic Nephropathy remarkably. They should take proper exercise
in their leisure time; eat small meals but more frequently, test their blood
glucose level four times in a day.
Treatment
The above measures are assistant methods in elevating GFR and renal function
for the patients with Diabetic Nephropathy. To elevate GFR, the key is to
restore the impaired kidneys.
In our hospital, the combination therapy of Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy and Immunotherapy is applied to treat Diabetic Nephropathy and has
showed an enormous effect.
The combination therapy can improve not only renal function, but also the
pancreas islet cells and recover its normal secretion ability. Therefore, it can
prevent the damage to kidney tissues and cells again.
Our 26 years’ experience proves that our therapy is effective and safe in
treating Diabetic Nephropathy and other refractory diseases. If you are troubled
with other diseases related to Diabetes such as Diabetic Foot, Eye Disease etc,
it is free for you to consult us on line.
