I think keeping them health is the best gift for them. When you were little, father accompanied you to grow up. He took care of you in daily life and was worried about you when you were sick. Maybe you still remember your father’s anxiously look when you were in sickbed. However, now you are an adult or may be at your middle age. “I am busy” is your catch phrase now. With too much pressure from the society and supporting family, we are indeed so busy. But on this day—father’s day, let us care about our father who gave us life and happy.

Health is the best gift for father

When father is going to be old, they would not as healthy as before or as we imagine. Illness would be more and their kidneys would be hurt unconsciously. Kidney has a high ability to compensate and no nerve system inside the kidney tissues. So many elder people cannot realize the problems in kidneys.

There are too many diseases which may lead to kidney disease, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high level of uric acid, hepatitis b and so on. Thereby in order to detect kidney disease in the early stage, you should persuade your father to have tests regularly.


Of course, there are some sign of kidney problems. Your father should observe his life details carefully, such as persistent bubbles in urine, swelling in eyelids and lower limps and high blood pressure. When your father has one or some signs of kidney problems, treatment should be adopted immediately for it always develops very quickly.
