Father’s day is coming. Let us take action to show our love and care to our
fathers. Care more about the health of them.
With the increase of ages, the physiological function of the human body will
gradually decline, and the deficiency if kidney is one of the most common health
problems. The common symptoms include dizziness, tinnitus, backache, insomnia,
forgetful, looseness of tooth, frequent micturition and so on. Then how can they
do to tonify the kidney?
1, do regular exercise of the waist, by which we can improve the blood
circulation of the waist area and supply enough blood and qi for the kidney. In
addition, proper exercise can improve the physique, activate the thinking,

consolidate the renal blood and qi.
2, diets tips: when you feel tired and fatigue, you can eat more food rich in
iron and protein, such as agaric, date and silkie and so on. When you have the
symptoms of dyspepsia, you can eat more yoghourt. In daily life, you can eat
proper Chinese chives, sea cucumber, ginseng and pigeons to tonify the
kidney.
3, do some self-massage of the waist area, by which you can improve the blood
circulation of the waist and kidney. Besides, you can do the massage of the
foot. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Yongquan Point on the center of
the foot is the place where foul qi comes out of the body. If you often do some
massage of this point, it is good for our health.
4, have a good rest: a good sleep is the guarantee of good health. No matter
how busy and how annoyed you are, you should go to bed regularly.
You don’t have to take tonifying drugs and health care products. The
reasonable life, including daily life, diets and proper exercise, is the best
guarantee for the health.
