Nephritis is considered as an inflammation in kidneys and it will hurt kidney
tissues, resulting in various symptoms if it cannot be treated well. Some
patients complain they are torturing the urinating every hour for a long time.
This brings about much incontinence in their life.
Frequent urinating
Nephritis is caused by the disordered immune system. Once it is aroused by
some factors, immune system cannot tell the difference between foreign invaders
and domestic cells. So the kidney will be hurt by this crazy immune system and
many immune complexes are formed during this immunoreaction. This immune system
is also considered as invaders in kidney, so the furious inflammation can be
continued like this.
Kidneys contain many tissues and there are two important ones which are
glomeruli and renal tubules. The former one is used to filter the blood and form
the initial urine and the renal tubule can concentrate it to produce the urine
which can be discharged from the body. In these patients, their renal tubule is
damaged by renal inflammation, so the initial urine cannot be concentrated. So
patients have much more urine than before and have to endure the frequent
urinating.
Risks of urinating every hour caused by nephritis
First of all, patients’ life is totally broken up by frequent urinating.
Especially going to bathroom many times at night greatly affects their sleep and
they cannot have enough energy to do their work. Besides, the initial urine also
contains much nutrition or other essential thing the body need. But now the
damaged renal tubules cannot reabsorb them, so patient may lose some useful
essential elements. The last one is that the inflammation in renal tubules will
spread to other kidney tissues. If glomeruli are damaged, the filtering function
of kidneys cannot be done well. In this way, the excess water and wastes have to
stay in the body to poison the tissues and organs.
